In short

  • The YesMilano City Pass is the city's official pass, in three versions: Flash, Standard and All Inclusive.
  • Standard includes the cathedral and rooftop by stairs; only All Inclusive has the rooftop by lift.
  • Flash gives one Duomo activity, either the rooftop by stairs or the cathedral and Museum, not both.
  • The Last Supper is on none of the YesMilano activity lists.

Does a pass pay off?

Add up what you would really use, then compare the total with the pass price in the ticket rows. Here are the same visits at single-ticket prices.

Pass Bought separately Total
Flash Rooftop by stairs €16, ATM day ticket €7.60 €23.60, plus your extra activity
Standard Duomo and Terraces by stairs €22, ATM 3-day ticket €15.50, Tourist Museum Card €20 €57.50, plus your premium activity
All Inclusive Duomo and Terraces by lift €26, ATM 3-day ticket €15.50, Tourist Museum Card €20, La Scala Museum €12, Ambrosiana €20, HIGHLINE €15 €108.50

La Scala's €12 is the rate until 31 December 2026; its 2027 price was not available at our last check.

So Standard earns its keep only if you will visit most of those museums. All Inclusive makes sense if you want La Scala, the Ambrosiana or HIGHLINE on top. If you are in Milan mainly for the cathedral, a plain Duomo ticket and a tap-in bank card on the metro will do.

Before you buy

  • All the passes activate for the same travel period, and you choose the start date. A 3-day pass suits three real sightseeing days, not an arrival evening.
  • La Scala Museum needs no online booking with the pass: go straight to the ticket office.
  • For the Last Supper you need a separate booking in any case.
  • Some ticket rows here are passes from other operators. Check the cathedral and Rooftop tags on each.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Duomo Pass?
It is a name for an official Duomo ticket, not a Milan city pass. It appears in the Fabbrica's terms and calendar, while the shop uses names such as Duomo and Terraces. The Culture Pass and Fast-Track Pass are Duomo tickets too, for the cathedral complex only. See Duomo tickets.
Does a Milan city pass include the Duomo?
The YesMilano passes do, to the extent shown in the table. MilanoCard does not state Duomo entry as included, and the Milan Pass Light gives a 5% discount on the Duomo Pass instead of entry.
Is there a 48-hour YesMilano pass?
No. The three versions last 24 hours or 3 days.
What is the Milano Duomo Card?
A digital card sold on the Fabbrica's site, valid for 12 months from purchase, with either a Combo lift admission or a Fast-Track Duomo Tour, plus digital content and 10% off at the Duomo Shop. It is non-refundable and is not a city pass.
